Yes, I am here =) okie, I know first time this' the first time I'm posting here, but I jsut got my blogger account set up last month. Anyway yeah, you know what, I can't quite yet believe a year's passed so fast. Everytime, when something's happening, when you choose to do anything, you believe you've got all the time in the world, it's almost like tomorrow seems so far away, yet the tomorrows keep passing, and before you know it, you're staring at the end of long path you've taken, and your footsteps seem fresh in the mud.
As you guys know, I'll be stepping down next wednesday...and the memories of running for council, standing in front of a huge crowd and talking for the first time, lighting the fuse of the MAF 2004 fireball, singing, cheering and dancing my heart for orientation...all of 'em still seem so fresh. It's kinda like a dream, where you got all the thoughts in this short time span, and the notion of time is irrelevant, and the moment I step down, I'll just wake up. I guess, council has changed my life in a lot of ways, and I really, really wanna thank all of you for the chance you gave me. I hope I lived up to my promise, and to your expectations, I hope we did as a council. Even after wednesday, I guess I'll still be trying to carry out my role as a councillor. 31st rocks on man =)
